JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • To identify market potential and generate business from private hospitals, nursing homes, and other semi government medical institutions. Should also have the ability to understand and analyze current market trends and, also be able to collect information of the same and report to the head office at Bangalore. Meeting Doctors on a daily basis with the objective of generating business. Maintain good rapport with Doctors and other members of the hospital staff like OT sisters, Hospital pharma in charge. Meet dealers/stockists on a regular basis to monitor stock position, despatch status and also ensure payment collection information. Conduct and manage CME and other such initiatives to maintain company's brand image. Reporting to Area Sales manager and Head Office to discuss day to day working and progress.

PERSONEL ATTRIBUTES:
  • Should have in depth knowledge of the territory. Should poses good communication skills. Focused approach towards his/ her job to generate profitable growth. Pleasing personality. Proficient selling and negotiation skill
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Any undergraduate degree, preferably science background. 1-3 years work experience in marketing of medical or pharmaceutical products.
